You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. ajslot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details. All Accounts on ajslot are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Account currency cannot be changed after registration. All displayed balances, deposit confirmations, bonus amounts, and withdrawal amounts are expressed in IDR.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for deposit. If you deposited via BCA, your withdrawal will be returned to your registered BCA account. Cross-method withdrawals (e.g., deposit via OVO, withdraw to BRI) are not supported and will be rejected.
Verified withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours, depending on transaction volume, time of day, and Player VIP status. VIP tier Gold and above enjoy priority processing, with most withdrawals completed within 5–15 minutes during peak hours (WIB).
Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000. Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 100.000.000 for standard players; Rp 500.000.000 for VIP Platinum and above. Players wishing to withdraw amounts exceeding their tier limit may request a manual review by contacting [email protected].
All Real Money Balance deposits must be turned over at least 1× (one time) in qualifying bets before a withdrawal may be initiated. This is an anti-money-laundering measure mandated by our licensing jurisdiction. Bonus Funds are subject to separate, higher wagering requirements as described in Section 6.
All bonuses offered by ajslot are discretionary and subject to specific terms published on the promotion page at the time of the offer. Unless stated otherwise, each bonus is available once per Player, once per household, once per IP address, and once per payment method.

If you initiate a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement on a bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Only your Real Money Balance will be eligible for withdrawal.
ajslot reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and suspend accounts if we detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse. All sports bets are settled according to the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant competition. In the case of BRI Liga 1 matches, the official result published by PT Liga Indonesia Baru is final. For international leagues (EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), results published by the respective league authority or FIFA are final.
If a match is postponed and rescheduled to occur within 48 hours of the original start time, all bets remain valid. If the match is postponed beyond 48 hours or abandoned before completion, all bets are void and stakes are returned.
Live betting odds update in real time but are subject to brief acceptance delays during key moments (goals, penalties, red cards). ajslot reserves the right to reject or void bets placed after a significant event has occurred but before odds have updated.
